Honestly cannot say enough about Shane Co. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band from here. He made countless trips to the store to look at rings. The sales associates were incredibly patient, accommodating, and understanding. I love Shane Co because my ring has a life time guarantee. I get free cleanings and inspections! I had a diamond fall out of the setting and they fixed it no problem and at no cost to me. The shopping experience is completely unlike any other jeweler I've been to. They don't hover, they don't pressure you, and they don't make you feel like you're wasting their time. Every customer, big spenders and penny pinchers, gets amazing customer service.
My wife did an upgrade on a diamond tennis bracelet several years ago and about 3.5 years ago she took it for maintenance. The value then was $4500. She was considering upgrading again until the manager came over and told her the bracelet was only worth the gold. The diamonds were not worth anything. Over the years my wife had purchased several pieces of jewelry from Shane's. Since that experience she has gone elseware for her jewelry purchases. What that manager did was despicable and it has bothered us ever since. We listen to the commercials that Tom Shane does emphasizing that you have a friend in the jewelry business. I don't think so. My wife has since then spent a lot of money on her jewelry at other places that don't tell their customers that they sold them $4500 diamond tennis bracelet that the diamonds are not worth anything.
The sales people here are really informative, and not really pushy at all either. Got My fiance's engagement ring here, and ended up coming back for the wedding rings too! Pretty unique stuff here compared to other places I've seen.

So disappointed with my experience today. I asked around at work and Shane Co got a great recommendation from a co-worker. I went in to get my mother's ring resized. It wasn't overly crowded and I approached an employee. I wish I had noticed her name. Her first question was if I bought the ring there. I hadn't. Then if I knew what the stones were, unfortunately I don't. My mother passed and I never asked, but it's probably citrine her birthstone. It's a 14k ring. While it may not be an expensive ring, it is not worthless. As her sneer gave me the impression that it was. Then she said she would bring it back to the jeweler to see. While waiting I admired the lovely selection of jewelry for sale. She returned and told me they would not resize my ring because they didn't know what the stone was and the side accents were not diamonds. She did say it was policy because if they broke the stone while resizing that they couldn't replace them in not knowing what they were. A jeweler should be able to tell what a stone is. It's too bad that Shane Co lost a future purchase when I'm looking to buy my next piece of jewelry for such poor customer service. You should treat every customer as someone who may come back even if you couldn't provide the services they want. She could easily have left me satisfied by saying something like "Oh, it must be important to have your mother's ring resized for you. It's beautiful, or classic, or sentimental." She wouldn't even have to really think that it was beautiful I'd never know. However, she made me feel like it was beneath her that I even bothered her by asking. This one put a bad taste in my mouth. It's unfortunate because they do have beautiful items for sale. I will purchase my next beautiful jewelry elsewhere.

I am so happy my fiancé bought my ring from Shanes! At first My diamonds were falling out and I was very unhappy. However when I brought this to their attention they did everything they could to fix the problem! I am extremely happy and am loving my ring now! thank you again shane co y'all are awesome.
