The manager of this location is completely rude and unprofessional. Made me feel unwelcome. It's sad because I've made two purchases from Helzberg Diamonds for Bridal rings. I will never return due to the way I was just treated. Hopefully you can get someone friendlier into management so you don't continue to lose customers. Thanks!

My now fiancé and I searched many jewelry stores for the perfect ring before coming to Helzberg Diamonds at Town Center Mall. We worked with the Store Manager named Andrew, and his service was EXCELLENT! He listened to everything I said and helped me find the PERFECT ring! We will be coming back for all of our Jewelry needs!

Melody always takes extra care to remember us, remembering the minor details about our life. She's so very kind - always pleasant and helpful.
