Good selection of jewelry, gets crowded at times... so crowded that the lines extends outside of the store.
I've been calling this store for over a week. Bought a bracelet for my daughter and 4 charms in august. One of the charms has broke. It's the holidays and the mall is slammed. I just want to ask about the charm I spent $50 on. It would be nice to speak to someone without driving 30 miles one direction first. Part of having a business is answering the phone.
The management here is horrific and they lie and curse at people. Plus they are racist and hideous.
