Absolutely terrible. My fiance went here to buy my engagement ring, needless to say it was the worst experience ever. He wanted to propose to me in December on my birthday so he went to Jared in early November to find me a ring. He custom designed one, placed his order and was told that he would receive a call when it was ready. As a couple weeks went by in November still no phone call. So he calls and was told that there was never an order placed. So now he had to go back and design a completely different ring because the first one wasn't going to be here in time for him to propose to me.
That took a little bit more hair pulling than we wanted to deal with but finally got it back. I will NEVER spend a penny with any Jared Jewelry store. Even after everything my fiance went through they never even apologized. They only care about the money, not the customer.
We've bought four rings (engagement, wedding bands & an anniversary band) from this location and absolutely LOVE them. We have the maintenance plan on all our rings and every time we've needed anything, they've always covered our repairs and sizing. Highly recommend them.
Beautiful interior, kind staff and a surplus of seating for customers looking for jewelry.
The lady in the front, probably the rudest person I've met in my life. I came in 2 weeks ago to a very nice female who assisted me with a battery change. I come in with another today as I only wear my Apple Watch. The first thing she says to me after taking my watch is "I've never heard of this brand" then proceeds to tell me it will cost $34.95 for a battery change for a "SKAGEN" wrist watch. I then told her not to bother and she started mumbling crap, took my watch and hinted at me to leave. Total joke.
I sent Tag Heuer back twice for water resistant issues. The second time they held my watch for 6 weeks and gave it back with the wrist band severely scratched. They of course denied responsibility for it. I'd discourage anyone to purchase from that location.
As December rolled around they still never called to let him know the ring was ready. After he proposed (Dec 17th) a few days later on on Christmas I noticed that 2 diamonds had fallen out. By Dec 31st a total of 4 diamonds had fallen out of my ring. So my fiance took my ring back up to Jared for repair. They again told him they would call when it was ready for pick up. He took the ring on January 2nd and was told it would be ready by Jan 4th. Mid afternoon he still had no call saying the ring was ready so he, again called himself. They told him that they decided they would need to send it out for repair rather than doing it in house. So at this point it was going to be ready on Saturday Jan 7th. Saturday rolled around and still wasn't ready. At this point we both were beyond aggravated at the "customer NO service" and wanted the money back.
