They was a great service provider name John there and he set us up. Unfortunately the car was not clean so John made sure that we got a car wash right next door how convenient so we're good to go. Great place and friendly
I was in a bind because Budget did not have the SUV I reserved for a trip to Florida .Fortunately, Hertz was right next door and was willing and able to save the day with a very nice, roomy sedan. They were accommodating and fast and we were on our way in a very short time. So I'm very grateful to Hertz. They won me over as a customer, and I will be certain to book with them the next time I need this service
Used to be a decent place to rent from. NEVER AGAIN AFTER I RETURN THIS RENTAL TODAY! Vehicles are dirty, not maintained with near bald tires, windows inside smeared and never washed. Seems repeated attempts to notify Jesse the ‘manager’ continually falls on deaf ears. He’s there only to pimp out bad, unclean and not safe vehicles to local insurance rentals. From now on I’ll be renting from Enterprise in Acworth. WARNING SO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!
. Through our insurance, we had the car until November 2. My son was able to purchase an new car on October 31 and then returned the rental car an hour after you shop closed on 31st. We put the keys in the drop and left. Today I got a phone call stating that we would be charged $10/gallon unless we got there by noon to refuel the car. Since we all work, we are not able to do that, but I offered to come by as soon as we could get off work. I was told that I need to be there by noon. Bad Customer Service!
Jesse makes rude comments and yells profanities then apologizes when he didn't realize you're there. Also failed to complete a safety check and turns it into your responsibility to fix it. Hertz itself isn't a bad company, just Jesse and most of his staff
