The staff at this Enterprise location is great! They are very professional, friendly, and accommodating, especially the manager Annika! They picked me up from my house, which was very convenient. They also allowed me to pick my vehicle from the type that I had purchased. We rented a 15 passenger van. Enterprise had the cheapest price in the area! I would recommend renting from this facility!
This particular location is out of the way for us, but well worth the drive to get a great vehicle at a great price, from the happiest, friendliest staff in the car rental business. No exaggeration, we talked to at least four different people from start to finish, and these guys are all about southern charm and making the customer happy. To boot, they were very flexible with our requests - look forward to using them again.
Terrible service. Called to modify my rental 30 minutes before the store closing. They transfered my call and gave me the roundabout telling me they didn't have anything available.
