The guy working was very friendly and helpful to us. We had originally booked at another location that ended up not having any vehicles, so we got moved to this location. Glad we did.
I'm still a fan of Avis. You can get far better service from the other locations.
I had the displeasure of having a mini-lease with this location. Cycled through around 6 cars in three months due to various issues. They're adamant that you won't be giving you a car above your class, which wouldn't be a problem if they had more than 7 spaces to hold the rentals. Fully agree with John's review, I hate leaving bad reviews but Avis need to take a look at what's going on at this location and assess whether the manager is working in line with the companies' values.

I had to travel to ATL because the gearbox of my focus was rattling and the service light had come up. I was given a replacement with 43k miles on the clock - which is fine, because the car is spacious and it works. 2 days later I have the manager of this location emailing me asking me to come back and swap out my car. Very frustrating and unnecessary.
Service was horrible here. We signed up for a midsized car and when we went in the gentleman gave us a compact car and said if we were going to get a midsized car then he would charge us an upgrade!!! We ended up having to trade at another location. Every car we've received from this place has been dirty and not taken care of. When returning the most recent car he said that his pen wasn't working to write some kind of confirmation saying we returned the car on time. He said we'll get an email. Since this guy was going to try and charge us more for getting the car we were supposed to get there was no trusting he would make sure didnt charge us a late fee. Had to fight to get some kind of proof that we turned in the car in time and wouldnt get charge a late fee!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
Three years ago this was a great location. Now they never have the car you reserve. They don't listen to your request and to top it off when you tell them that you don't want the car they tell you "great" as if they don't care. They don't. If your looking for customer service look elsewhere. Keep the great customer service up and see loyal customers disappear one at a time. In 47 years this is the first review I have ever written. It takes a lot to push me to this point.
