After I ubered to the rental location (~$13) BUDGET first did not have a minivan to honor a confirmed minivan reservation made via carrentals dot com. Furthermore, while discussing an alternate vehicle, I was asked my travel destination. I indicated that we planned to travel to upstate New York, and was told that they won't allow me to travel to New York State with any of their rental vehicles. I found no way to complain to Budget on the website without actual rental details. After a brief web search, ENTERPRISE came over to BUDGET, picked me up and I rented exactly what we needed at a better rate. BUDGET IS DEAD TO ME!
We use these guys all the time and they bend over backwards to get rental trucks for us. Ask for Donnie, he runs the show.
We've always had good service when renting from this Budget Rent a Car location. The facility isn't fancy but we always get the car as promised and sometimes an upgrade at no additional cost
This was the worse customer service location. My rental was at 12 car not there yet was on my lunch break. Wanted to start paperwork early they said no then when they went do paperwork all of a sudden will not take same debit card I have used 5 other times . Trying to tell them not prepaid card I even called my bank the lady customer service said they could not take but do I have another card. I did but I in know way was going to give them my money after almost 2 hours I had to uber back do not rent from budget please
