Had a good sales associate ( Ron) during my recent store visit . I already knew what I wanted ;when I saw it , it was even cheaper than in the ad!
As for delivery , I was wondering why they don't deliver floor samples ?? What if a customer buys 4 sets of floor samples? I think they should make it a one -stop shopping experience for customers. Otherwise , great shopping atmosphere .

This was our second big purchase from this location. Our sales associate (Justin) was great. He was friendly, patient, and provided us with his undivided attention. We were extremely happy to receive expedited delivery services as well. Would definitely purchase again from this location. Would have given 5 stars if they had better/more financing options.
We went in close to black Friday and everyone was actually really great. Even if the sales people were busy, they still made sure we were doing well. Everything was very clean and tidy. The furniture looked great. We definitely will be back!
In July of 2016 I purchade 3 matching couches. 2 reclining and 1 love seat. A few months ago I noticed on the love seat (which gets used the least) there were threads pulling out on both cushions. The other 2 reclining couches which get used far more often were fine. We called in to have it fixed, a tech came out and fixed 2 of the 4 threads and said the others were not repairable and the cushions or the couch would have to be replaced. He said it looked like the threads weren't tied off when it was assembled. After a month of back and forth with the company, they are now blaming us for the couch and refuse to help. This was our first and last purchase from rooms to go. I will be filing a better business complaint although it likely will yield nothing. This company us terrible.
