2. Wrong tables seats are ordered and we felt weird and revisit store and found they shipped wrong ones. They came to change them. I am not quite happy about their sloppiness.
Why do they even have a phone # listed? I just called to see if they had something in stock so I don't have to order online. It rang no less than 20 times til someone picked up. I asked about inventory & she said let me get a sales person. I was on hold for 10 minutes & then was hung up on. RIDICULOUS!! I wish what I wanted was available somewhere else so I could shop elsewhere. We have other furniture from them which I am happy with, but this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Why couldn't the lady who answered check inventory for me? You only get 2 stars because I like my other furniture or you would have gotten 1.
2 months later, I found that I am responsible to re-evaluate Ashley. Lana is still helpful, I will give her that. But their after-sale is disappointing. I changed to 1 star because of the followings:
3. One lamp which took about 2 months to arrive, it is shipped through ups, and it went missing after 1 month, so I called several times to finally get them to ship another. 3 weeks later, it finally arrived. Guess what? I got the wrong lamp again! Yes, again. I am pissed.
Lana has been very helpful. Ask for Lana the next time you visit Ashley kennesaw, you won't regret.
Update:
We went all over Barrett Parkway looking for a new couch. By far, Ashley had the best customer service & value. Mike O'Neil was very helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us our space while we browsed. Not pushy at all. We took a long time to make a decision, but he didn't pressure. Very friendly & knowledgeable. He even moved over an ottoman from across the store so we could check the match. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Mike!
I was hoping to write a great review and give five stars but sadly that is not happening and here is why... I went to the Ashley store many of times trying out sofa's and I found one but decided to order off line. Easy enough and only took a few days to get. The disappointment: It comes in a Enterprise truck, comes out of the back of the truck with no cover to protect it, they get it inside and it does not even have a tag on it. The sofa looks like it could have come out of my storage unit, showroom floor or from anywhere!! I also noticed no tags and no explanation from the guy who were delivering. They did not give me instructions for cleaning it or anything, they set it down and left!!!!! I was shocked when it happen so I called customer service and they said they had more calls and complains about that happening yet they are not doing anything about it.... Not buying anything else from them.... done!!!!

Jeff was absolutely wonderful in helping my girlfriend and me pick out a sofa set for our new house. He gave us great customer service and was very patient with us as we sat on lots of different sofas and as my girlfriend and I argued about the "cushiness" and color or each. We are very pleased with our choice and can't wait for it to arrive to our house!
1. Sofa leather arrived tore, they came to fix it later, so I am not unhappy.
4. The most disappointing thing is that today, I finally decided to just return this lamp since of too many troubles, but the persons answer my calls just put me on hold again and again even I told her that I just need to know how to return the lamp and don't put me on hold. Besides, they never call back though they promised so.
