Customers: I can't stress enough to CHECK EVERYTHING THAT COMES OFF THE TRUCK. Top bottom left right under over check it. I've been in every type of home from your trailer to your mansion and you all get the SAME TREATMENT, USED FURNITURE!!! even if you've paid full price you will receive recycled furniture. I've even delivered items with holes in them, not because I'm a terrible deliveryman, but the company puts so much stress on the drivers to get it in the home. Glue it staple it slap it together as long as it won't fall in (though I've had to go behind some that didn't even mind that) GET IT IN THE HOME. The delivery gets a bonus for this.
I don't recommend buying/working at this establishment. STEER CLEAR
High quality furniture at a reasonable price. Friendly sales staff and large showroom floor.
As for being an employee, your "10"hour shifts are a joke. I've had a team that was out nearly 1 am because the company insisted that it be done. No harnesses no back braces no lift gate for items that weighed well over 300 lbs.actually the reason I'm no longer there, ended with an injury that put me out of a profession that I've done well over 12 years. And was told that after surgery there would be no place for me there. You'd never receive backing when it came between you v.s. the customer and constantly would go against policy as long as the "ticket" price was high enough.
I'm not the normal disgruntled employee but I do believe some truth about this company should be known.

I don´t know about the other locations but the store in Kennesaw really did a superb job! Sadly, I didn´t like any of the mattresses. I wish their selection had more organic and chemical free options. Even though I tried 2 times but wasn´t satisfied with the mattresses, the experience and their willingness to help and offer options without creating drama is commendable! I leave with no mattress but surely do recommend anyone I know to go there with the certainty that they have very fair return policies and that they do try to make sure you are happy with their products and service!
