This is a very deceptive company. They don't fully explain details to you. They refused to let me have a copy of our recorded conversation or a print out of our chats. I have reported them to the Federal Reserve, The Federal Trade Commission and the Texas Attorney General. NEVER use this company. I had to give them 1 star in order to post this review. They don't deserve any.
If you are looking for a convenient and quick unsecured business loan, call IOU Financial, Lorrie or Ian, their retail loan consultants. You will be surprised by their sense of customer service and willingness to help you navigate the loan process, especially when your bank says NO.
our experience was awful . we had a loan that was told was a business loan and our business slowed. I asked for smaller payment but what was settled was still too high. She is now being sued not only for the business but personally for anything and everything owned or ever will own. she owns nothing but they were swift with court. what was signed was not what was printed after online . Buyer beware and think twice .They also said will garnish wages . Life if over . Never should of done this

Have been requesting a payoff letter from this company for 3 days now and when I told them how bad there customer service was they laughed at me. This is unacceptable no other company takes more than 24 hrs to send the letter, and even when you hit the button to talk to someone in the payoff dept they tell you you still have the wrong dept. Horrible company to deal with take your business elsewhere!
