We attempted to deal with this company for more than a year. They have never followed through with what they promised. They do not collect money from the patients as agreed. They do not pay on the defaulted accounts as agreed and now "magically" they've added additional service fees for the patients. Stay away from this company, you will never get your money.

They're honest, they're smart and a service who is really serious about helping the clients will get 100% from them. We get lots of calls and now that they have made us a triple successful.- were not going anywhere. Without them, we would not able to help many of our patients who's hoping for our help.
We love having iCare available in our office. It has kept many patients from leaving our office and going elsewhere when they don't have the money to pay in full. Customer Service is always helpful and we love the flexibility they give to our patients.

I just interacted with an individual named Janet, she didn't give me her last name even AFTER I asked her name. She was VERY RUDE. I'm currently getting the run around about who exactly is receiving my money, but I'm just going to pay it all in full and NEVER deal with such an unprofessional company again. I recommend you hire individuals that actually knows how to deal with customers because 'specialist' such as Janet will cause you to lose plenty customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ROUTE OR IF YOU ARE ACCUSTOMED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
