Very very bad customer service .. manager named Alexandria ripped me off on a pair of shoes ... tried on once didn't like them refused to refund money but their 800 office returned with no issue .. stay clear of this store awful service

Came in for a return due to a faulty shoe that Nike wouldn't replace. They fixed the issue and ordered me a new pair shipped to my house no hassle and no charge. A++ customer service. This will be my first shoe stop from now on!
