I just walked in with my family... we browsed the entire store there were at least 3 employees there and not 1 even acknowledged us. I even spoke to 1 and he didn't look up... too busy talking to his co worker. On the way out I said I guess they don't need the business and still no word. I won6be back...worst customer service ever. It's a shame because there's a nice selection. I'll spend my $3000 elsewhere
My kids and I love this store. Their team is very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are very good. Great job guys. Thanks for helping to build my reef tank.
Not a great place to trade fish with. They will give you super low ball offers for your fish. Other fish stores within the Atlanta area will give u 1/3 the value they will sale it for.
Great prices and a fantastic selection of fish, both fresh and salt. Never had an issue getting someone to talk to me.. quite the opposite. They'll talk your ear off, which I greatly appreciate and is one of the main reasons we come in. They're passionate about the hobby, and will help guide you and give you advice when you need it. You guys are great, and we appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us! We'll be back in soon :)
Just had a tank donated to me and am trying to get back into the hobby after a 10 year break. I stopped in a couple days ago to check out the store and ask some questions about a new sump and some options on protein skimmers, I receive some excellent service for, nathan who was quite knowledgeable and very willing to help me. After visiting some other stores in the area, I realize that the quality of service his quite high here compared to some other stores. I would recommend this store to anybody needing help in the hobby and I will be come back when I do set up my tank and asking for Nathan's advice.
