The tools are not the highest quality but they have good options for people who don't need professional use of the tool and they are a little slow at checkout at times but helpful if you ask them questions
Very nice employees. Some tools are great and some are not. Definitely check the reviews on line before buying.
Great selection and prices but it made it hard to shop here with one particular employee getting agressivly close to me and breathing down my neck while I tried to shop, i told him I didnt need help and was looking around and he started to flirt with me and move uncomfortably close. Unfortunately I couldn't get his name but I wish I could. This is unacceptable some type of recourse is necessary.
Very poor management employees are not educated on store policies and are generally unhelpful when there are problems with products or returns. Managers basically have a no no no attitude.
Great prices here. They don't sell brand name electrical items but those that are not so well known are well worth what you pay. Register your email address with them and receive coupon for further discounts at the cashier.
