There should be no debate concerning freedom of speech and the 5 cheerleaders who kneeled. It is very simple, off campus they can kneel all they want to. but what is kneeling doing? Not one durn thing, if they really feel this way then they should be in the neighborhood's volunteering their time cleaning, painting, repairing, educating, whatever is needed to help, then and only then will they be making a difference.

Kennesaw isn't the best or the worst university you'll ever visit...I wouldn't have many bad things to say about this school if it weren't for the way they practically siphon money out of you...We have a widely diverse student body and 99% of the teachers I've had thus far are either fairly or extremely competent and enjoyable. Plus, there are some really great programs offered at this university. However, because of the constant readjusting of course tracks, it's seemingly impossible to graduate on time. Administration is a whole other beast... There are many hidden costs. Be prepared for parking (violations cost you $35 each time, w/o warning) and if you're not there early morning, you should give yourself at least an hour to park and get to your class before it starts. The newly overflowing student population has you quite literally competing to register for the classes that you need to graduate, and they fill up pretty quickly. Makes it very difficult for the full-time students who are also working to support themselves. If money is so important, become a private institution or just recognize that we need more space and professors/staff already...

I was so proud to see the cheerleaders standing for the national anthem! On this VETERANS Day opening ceremonies, for this I applaud you all! This made my heart happy, THANK YOU from a long line of veterans! I was very pleased with y'alls decision to honor our military on this day. God Bless you all,we support your right to kneel if you really think it's in your best interest to do so, to make your point.

Great environment for everyone: second most diverse school in GA. Offers lots of activities for just about any reason you can think of. The recreation center is up-to-date and accommodates for anyone. The cafeteria, aka the Commons has wonderful food choices everyday.

I have a love hate relationship with this university. They have some AMAZING professors, especially in the business department. But there are also some professors you want to scream at, especially in core classes. Use Rate My Professor. Working for KSU as a student is truly amazing and they are very understanding. Housing on campus is great too (compared to any other school in the area). The buildings are beautiful.

The big problem is how the school is managed on the administrative level. They do not care about the students whatsoever. Just money. They never put enough spaces in classes for anyone without priority registration to get into. So you will stress out to the extreme and won't have classes till two days before the first day of school. Also no matter how much we protest important changes in the school, no one listens. Lastly, look up all the news stories about KSU.
