We were greeted with a lot of help and knowledge from the start. We got a ton of samples for our puppy and he loved the food they recommended. He was just picking at the food we had for him before and the food they recommended was gone in no time. We will definitely return!
The people who work here are simply amazing. They are knowledgeable and kind. They take their time with each customer making sure to address all issues they may have. My pit had skin issues that just wouldn't go away, they helped me rule out foods that were giving her problems while also showing me ways to keep the flare ups to a minimum. They don't push high price items on you, and never try to upsale you. They know where all of their products come from and never buy from less then reputable sellers. A great all American small business. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
A very nice store that has some of the harder to find premium dog foods. The clerk we spoke with was really friendly and knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed.
For as long as we live in Kennesaw, this is the only place we'll get supplies for our pups. We came in three years ago with all sorts of questions about our American Bully with food sensitivities. They answered all of our questions and have offered us the best customer service and selection of high quality foods and supplements. They know us by name and always ask how our two dogs are doing. I am the type who really does my research before deciding on a product and these guys do the same. They're incredibly knowledgeable and caring. We're proud to support them!
