Large portion of the property is under construction. Workers here on the weekend, makes it hard for sports teams to park and get into building. Bathrooms are very outdated with fixtures falling off the walls. Having only one soap dispenser for 3 sinks does not promoting hand-washing. Gyms are nice. Vending machines are helpful to have near gym.
I've been here for three years and I'm a senior this year. I am highly disappointed at the treatment I got in the counseling office today. It's the second day of school and I can already tell that my physics teacher is not going to be able to teach me the way I need to be taught. I went to the counseling office after school because I wanted to switch teachers, but not drop the class or move it to next semester. I was told rudely that "I'm not allowed to switch teachers because of 'conflict', I never said there was 'conflict' with him. If they will not switch my teacher that basically tells me that they don't want me to pass the class, and do the best I can. It's his first year teaching physics and I personally think teachers should stick to one subject and not move around like that. This isn't the best school ever. I've never complained about a teacher except for one other one and this one. She said "if we switched everyone because they don't like a teacher it would be impossible." Well maybe if you wanted me to pass and go to college you would change me to a different teacher because he can't do his job. I'm over this already and once again it's only the second day of school.
Why cant we eat out side anymore? There is not enought space in the lunch room for all of the teens who eat. IF THEY HAVE TEACHERS OUT THERE THE TEACHERS SHOULD BE REMINDING THE TEENS TO THROW AWAY THEIR PLATES. Teens will rebel so if u cant trust us to stay in the courtyard and you add teachers, it makes the teachers responsible for what happens in the courtyard. So why take away our privileges when we aren't being reminded. Treat people like little children and thats what they become.
