Just had a new roof put on because of tree damage. From the word go I knew this was a good company. Tony came out late durning the day to look at my roof to accommodate my schedule. He spent over one hour on my roof to make sure it could not be repair before he quoted me a price to replace it. His quote was several thousand dollars less than everybody else. I was kep informed on every step of the way and could not be happier. The crew even took the time to clean my driveway all the way to the road even though there was no way they made any mess there. From a small business owner I can appreciate the attention to detail and customer service
One word comes to mind regarding Infinity Roofing - Stellar - We were hoping for a good experience regarding service and workmanship - They exceeded, by a long shot, our expectations in every area - The communication was exceptional - We were impressed beginning with the visit to give us an estimate - Tony provided my husband with a hand held screen so Terry could see what Tony was seeing regarding the condition of the roof - Another company that gave a estimate did not even get on the roof - Kathleen and Tony were always available before, during and after the actual day of replacing the roof - Beside providing an awesome crew of workers they also sent Tyler, a Foreman, to be on-site during the entire process - He was there for the crew as well as any questions, concerns etc that the home owner might have - Tyler made us feel taken care of over and above any expectations - Tony, the owner of the company, also came, got on the roof & discussed in detail everything regarding the process - Another thing that was above and beyond, Tony met, on our behalf, with our insurance adjuster - Having someone as professional and knowledgeable as Tony handle that was fabulous - Lastly, we let Tony and Kathleen know that we were having a family gathering on Thanksgiving Day and would love to have the new roof installed before the holiday - They worked very hard to make sure that happened - Oh, one more last thing :~)) - Our place was spic and span when they left - Awesome all around!!
