You end waiting because some dumb reason they thought it would be a good idea to add a drive thru. Without fail, every time we've gone we've ended up waiting too long.
I like the food, but I've never gone here and not had to wait. Nothing I want is ever ready, even when I change the order they don't have that. Love the brand but I'm done with giving this place chances.
First let's start with the drive through.....It always takes forever even with one car in front of me. I learned my lesson and went inside the last time, and guess what? The same five cars were still in the same spot. Second the food tastes like it's been mixed with food from the day before. It's never fresh. The chow mein is ALWAYS DRY. This Panda express is a no go for me.
The food is good, but you have to wait so long for your food if you go anywhere near lunchtime. I've gone inside twice and both times had to wait 10+ minutes for my food to be ready. The drive thru? Not much better. So if you are in a hurry for lunch, go somewhere else.
On another note, they don't season the rice very well and it ends up tasting bland and dry.
This place looks great on outside but service SUCKS!!! I've been there 3 times and every single time the wait in the drive thru is endless. They are incapable of taking an order and serving food at the drive thru window at the same time. After waiting in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes, I drive off and my food order was still wrong. Called to place a verbal complaint and the number goes to voicemail 4 times. I finally got through and spoke to the manager and after I aired my grievance I was hung up on without response. Hopefully this place will close soon and they can open up a Popeyes chicken instead.
