When I dropped off my priority package which contained a money order I purchased from this location, I got this weird feeling. Well guess what? My priority envelope which was just going downtown ended up in Memphis TN. That was 5 days ago...its still "lost".

Thank you alex!

This is the closest post office to my home unfortunately and I prefer Sandy Plains or the Duncan Road locations. I am not sure why I can go to any other post office and have my packages go out to my customers, but when I drop off packages here they seem to get lost or returned to me. Mario, is the only employee there who has customer service skills and deserves to be in management. Mary Lou is downright rude and abrasive. She acts like she is bothered when you bring in packages and I am tired of listening to Mike make jokes about people standing in the line. Excuse me, but your job is packages and other mail! If you don't want to deal with customers then find another job.

Again, if you can get Mario, he is great and always helpful. The other two are for the birds.

They were having a relatively slow day, and I can in with a painting that was so terribly packaged it was insane. ALEX, helped me soioooooooooooooooooo much. The best experience I've ever had at a post office.

Super frustrated with this post office. I ship out packages very frequently and consider myself a very loyal customer, probably having paid $1,000 in the last two years of operating my business for shipping fees. I recently switched to prepaid tracking in an attempt to avoid long wait times as usually there is only one or two employees operating here in a very busy location. I have been dropping off packages for the last month with no issue, until three days ago two packages that I had never updated tracking- and when I called the post office they said they did not have it even when I gave them a time stamp of when I dropped it off. These two packages have seemed to vanish out of thin air ,and no one is attempting to help me find them.

Only wish I have is for Congress shut down USPS. Those workers have zero respect for customers. Package lost and no one seems to be care to help beside give you a phone number to call. That day can't come sooner!!!
