Was told sofa was stocked in gray and dove almost 2 hours round trip found out to get gray is 100 more. Not what I was told. Manager said sorry nothing I can do. So much for customer service. Did not know Macy's did bait and switch.
Had such a wonderful experience at this store. Purchased a mattress in the clearance section. New life, new mattress! The prices are so reasonable and such good quality it's amazing. Any who when I got my mattress somehow I was given the wrong one. I knew immediately when I sat on it, it wasn't the the soft plush one that I had picked even though it was good quality it was firm and I wanted my plush! Well signs everywhere state as is, final sale. I was bummed. This was not my fault so I figured they're word against mines I'm screwed but Pat was AWESOME!! Not only did I get an exchange but I also received a discount for my worries, her Manager was great! The staff there is AWESOME!! PAT AND PAIGE thanks for everything!!
