Honestly, the library itself is pretty good, not fantastic. The structure of the building is slightly confusing, but easy to learn. Their in-stock selection isn't fantastic, but their repository has such a massive pile to choose from, you'd be hard pressed to find a book they couldn't get their hands on. The website is also riddled with features such as live-chat, book search, resource look up, and more. I've never seen the staff actually do anything, but they do let you know they are ready to assist you if needed. There is a large selection of computers, desks, study rooms, chairs, tables, whatever you might need to study in whatever form you need. A very welcoming structure to KSU.

They have renovated and still renovating but it's coming along quite nicely. Internet connection is fast. All computers, printers, copiers, etc are brand new and there are more than enough seating. Also the staff has stepped up their game in assisting students with their needs. Great addition to a higher learning environment.

The 3rd Floor is SUPPOSED to be a quiet zone for students to be able to focus and concentrate in silence. This is not enforced and the vocal environment thwarts the purpose of a quiet library. PLEASE HELP!!!
