This place is a rip off and they are completely scamming people that buy from them. They offered me a “deal” that was absolutely ludicrous and 15 times more money than another Nissan dealership just down the road. The slimy manager came over and practically laughed in my face for what I wanted to pay and made the statement that I was clearly looking at wrong car however he never suggested what the right car may be. He just walked off when I refused his offer and the salesman never came back so we just ended up sitting there awkwardly until we finally just got up and left. The other dealership has already called me asking to talk and just to follow up. Oh and this dealership is simply unprofessional. If you buy a car they will yell out in the middle of the dealership and humiliate you. What happened to privacy when buying. Maybe people don’t want you announcing that they just bought a car! Some purchases should be private. What a terrible place and I would never ever buy there!

Overall good sales experience, although in the beginning it felt that i was being forced to buy a car so they could hit their monthly goals. The sales Rep was helpful but it was the manager that made the ultimate decisions. It is almost better to walk asking to speak to a manager so you can purchase a vehicle. In the end the manager worked out a price with me and met my expectations.
I highly recommend Town Center Nissan to anybody looking for top notch customer service. By far the best customer service I've had with any dealership. Eddie in service was amazingly helpful and attentive with the work needed to be done on my car. He made sure me and my car were taken care of in a timely manner. Work was surprisingly fast and efficient. Thanks to Eddie and all the great employees at town center! I will definitely be returning for all my service needs.
The manager I met with lacked hospitality. After viewing 2 cars, I said I was not interested because they were valuing a used car high and I wanted to take one day to do some research on the car to make my final decision. The manager began imposing that I had to buy the car that day by pointing out I did a test drive and all. Did not feel comfortable at all. But the salesman was good and very nice. The car was nice but not worth the price.
The staff at Town Center Nissan made me feel like they are family. My salesperson went over an above her duty to make sure I got a vehicle that was just right for me. Your administrative staff worked hard to help make my purchase as smooth as possible. I am very happy with my new vehicle. Oh, just one thing I missed. There was no popcorn made.
